Dylan is our Operations Manager who has over 15 years of experience in both managerial and operational aspects within the agricultural and construction industries. Dylan is a proven leader with specialised skills in operations and project delivery. Having worked with and on farms that incorporate both dryland and irrigation cropping systems, Dylan's experience amongst the intricate operational requirements of running an agricultural enterprise guarantees that the agricultural division of WTC functions seamlessly. Dylan’s wealth of agricultural and construction industry experience is complemented with successful completion of several courses that relate to project management, agriculture and WHS.
