Leigh joined the WTC team in 2021, bringing 20 years of experience in the civil construction, mining, agriculture, and earthmoving sectors. Leigh has qualifications in Frontline Management and Risk Management and holds a current Open Cut Examiner Practicing Certificate in both New South Wales and Queensland. Leigh has strong capabilities in business management and project management including management of civil, mining, and earthmoving contracts in both the private infrastructure and mining sectors. Leading projects from the tendering stage through to completion, Leigh works collaboratively with clients to build open transparent and mutually beneficial relationships.
