Project Overview

The project involved the remediation of three rail culverts - Boggy Creek, Bulldog Creek, and Pan Creek on the Inland Rail, Narrabri to North Star section near Bellata. 

Key scope elements included: 

• Mobilisation, site establishment, supervision. 
• Implementation of erosion and sediment control measures. 
• Bulk earthworks including topsoil stripping, cut and fill operations, bund construction and open drain works. 
• Placement of armour rock, including geotextile installation and rip rap protection works. 
• Revegetation and rehabilitation works including topsoiling, coir mesh installation.

• Skid steer loader 
• 23t excavator 
• 30t articulated dump trucks (ADTs) 
• 140m grader 
• ADT watercart 
• 16t padfoot roller 
• D6 dozer
