William is the founder of WTC Group having established the company in 2013 after gaining a wealth of experience in the agricultural, civil, and mining industries. William started his career as a plant operator and worked across all industries in operational and supervisory roles nationwide. William identified a gap in the market in his hometown and returned with a vision to provide plant, mechanical, and contract services that could meet the needs of the ever-growing mining, agriculture and civil sectors regionally. In the past 10 years, William has led the growth of the organisation which now boasts over 70 machines and 80 employees.
