Our Safety Approach
Our highest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, sub-contractors, and the communities in which we operate. We keep up to date with the current regulatory requirements within our industry and eliminate risks by cultivating a collaborative approach to safety. We equip our employees with the tools and knowledge they need to promote a positive safety culture with clear and defined standards across all of our operations.
We recognise that a project is only as successful as the health and wellness of our team and that implementing a thorough safety plan to fit each unique job site is a necessity. We understand that every site comes with its own risks and we pride ourselves on our ability to identify those risks and implement the appropriate controls to remove any hazards.
At the end of the day, safety is about ensuring every person returns home safe to their families, that’s why at WTC we are dedicated to achieving no injury to anyone, at any time.
Daily Checks
To ensure we capture and minimise hazards and risks within the workplace, daily checks are a requirement for all of our teams and we do this in the form of Pre-Starts and Safety Step Backs.

We hold our ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety accreditation, our ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems accreditation and our ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems accreditation.
